The only Protoss ship, that is not piloted by templar. Equiped with several special abilities, these ships acompany protoss fleets to battle. Arbiter is armed with phase disruptor [...], similar to the one used by Dragoons [...], but his main strength lies in it´s abilities. Judicator, who controls the ship use the Arbiter as a focal point to project a reality-warping field that serves to conceal all friendly units within radius of several hundreds meters. Since the Arbiter must be anchored firmly in space-time to safely generate such a large field, it is immune to the effects and remains visible, even when surrounded by the field of another Arbiter. The invisibility is permament and requires no aditional energy. Units in the invisibility field can be revealed only by detectors.

Another ability is recall. Shuttles [...] serve as the primary transport vehicle for Protoss ground troops, but recently the Protoss have found that the ability to rapidly bring more fighting forces to war zones is invaluable. The Recall ability creates a tear in the fabric of space-time, and any units that enter the swirling vortex will instantaneously appear next to the Arbiter that initiated the effect. The warping of Protoss buildings uses the similar principle. The recall is limited to a solar system because of energy consumption.

The last Arbiter ability is stasis field. Arbiters are capable of strengthening discrete pockets of space- time. Anything caught within these absolute pockets is beyond the reach of any normal interaction, friendly or otherwise. Units trapped in a stasis field can neither move nor attack, and are completely immune to the effects of damage and special abilities. Arbiter draws it´s energy from the reactor placed in the center of the ship, that may be reinforced by Khaydarin crystals [...]. Arbiter is capable of superlight travel using both Warp or Warp rift [...].
