PI - Psi index

PI is the rating for psionic abilities. The common human has PI = 2. humans with PI between 2-5 are sensitive to telepathy an they are perfect candidates for Wranglers - telepath hunters. PI between 5-7 means actuall telepathy. With PI 8 and more the subject has telekinetic and further powers. Nova [...], probably the most gifted Ghost [...] has PI 10. Confederacy [...] had only one PI 8 Ghost and two PI 6+ [2]. Kerrigan´s [...] PI is not known, but in the time she had psi inhibitors [...] installed she was probably PI 7. Now, infested [...] and without the inhibitors she can have well above 10. The common Protoss is born with at least PI 5. Templars must have at least 7. Most of them have more than 8. High templars [...] can have 14 by estimation.
